The breakfast included a large selection of items. It felt very fresh and satisfying. the hotel has a playroom, that kept children entertained. the shower pressure was strong. I found it very refreshing. the family room provided good space for everyone
The pillows lacked proper support which gave me a stiff neck. It made my sleep uncomfortable.

The rooms are minimalist in design, i liked that. i also liked that you can easily rent a bike for exploring. cycling paths are convenient. the room's bed was super comfortable. It was a bonus.

The staff was helpful when i needed assistance with directions. The hotel has a direct, covered walkway to the airport terminals which is very convenient. My room had many hooks for jackets which helped keep things organized. I also found multiple sustainability measures in place which i appreciate.
The shower design allowed water to splash easily outside the designated area.

The location was convenient. i walked easily from the airport terminal using the indoor walkways, regardless of the weather. the dinner buffet was AMAZING!!! i also enjoyed the quiet viewing point on level 10. It offered lovely views and a relaxing space.
The room lighting was dim. One bedside lamp did not work properly.
